Joint Venture Partnership
Landowners who are willing to take on a measure of risk to gain the highest value for their property may find a Joint Venture Partnership is the best avenue. In a Joint Venture Partnership, a new Limited Liability Corporation (“LLC”) is formed where the landowner puts the land into the partnership and Bostwick puts in the cash and expertise. Both Bostwick and the Landowner get paid as the developed properties sell. There are a variety of methods for structuring such a partnership that involves different levels of control, risk, and profit. Each partnership is custom designed to meet the needs of the landowner.

Land Purchase
Landowners who wish to sell their property and carry no risk may prefer a simple sale of property. Depending on the property, the sale may take place before or after preliminary plat approval.
